Player Control Tools - Keep in Control

Whenever you are in your account settings, you can put limits to limit your gaming activities responsibly:

Deposit Limits: You can manage the amount of money you are depositing daily, weekly, or monthly.
Loss Limits: Establish a limit on how much you can lose in a given duration of time.
Bet Limits: Restrict the amount of bets you put per session or day.

Self-Exclusion Program – Take a break when you need it
In case you need to take a break from your gaming activity:

Temporary Self Exclusion (7 Day Cooling-Off):

The account will be rendered inaccessible and frozen for 7 days. Once after that, it turns on automatically.

Permanent Self-Exclusion:

Ask to permanently freeze your account. It is only after at least 6 months of the request for reactivation that it can be done, which is subject to internal review.
